To mark the end of yet another season, Mumbles Sharks and Stingrays are hosting a "Trash The Coaches" morning at the muddiest assault course in the world - Challenge Valley at Clyne Farm (http://www.clynefarm.com/activities/challengevalley.htm)
To keep in the spirit of early morning starts, we meet at Clyne Farm for 9:15am on Saturday May 16th.
What equipment do you need? Your oldest clothes! Plus shower kit, a bathing costume, clothes to change into (everything from socks through pants to tops) and a black bag to take the old clothes away when you've finished. We need to finalise numbers by Friday May 8th, so please make sure you have responded to the event invitation.
How long will it last? An average group will take around one and a half to two hours, so we should be all done by midday
Adult victims so far:
Huw Evans, Martyn George, John Shapton, Tal Davies, Lee Bateman and Charlie Evans
Anyone else who fancies getting trashed, just let Claire Shapton know (0771 5041823)
After completion of the course, you will be rewarded with a warm shower and sausages and chips. What more could you ask for!
Don't forget, we need to finalise numbers by Friday May 8th
